Executive Search

In our executive search work we identify and assess exceptional leaders and recruit them into senior management roles worldwide.

We never work with more than two clients in any sector and we only ever take on assignments where we believe we can add real value to the work our clients do. Within that, we work across sectors, with a broad range of companies including global multinationals, medium-sized domestic businesses and private equity backed companies as well as not-for-profit organisations and government.

We help our clients to recruit Chief Executives and other senior functional and general managers. For example we have appointed 16 of the current FTSE 100 Chief Executives, and senior leaders covering HR, finance, legal, technology and marketing, amongst others.

Because we only work for two clients in any sector we can build deep relationships with them, getting to know their people, culture and strategy. We are also able to keep a strict control on our off-limits, making sure that our clients have access to the best people in whichever company or part of the world they may be.
