Daniyal Ahmad

Daniyal joined MWM in 2010 after completing his studies at Judge Business School, Cambridge. Prior to this he held a research position in a newly formed major Islamic bank in Dubai. Daniyal has a BSc in Biosciences and an MSc in Management from Bristol University.

Jeremy Breaks

After an early career with Accenture, Jeremy joined Whitehead Mann in 1995. In 2000 he left to join McKinsey where he helped devise and lead their Experienced Hire recruiting programme across Europe. He returned to Whitehead Mann two years later as a member of the Board Practice Group before joining MWM in 2004. Jeremy has an MA in PPE from Oxford University.

Ian Butcher

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Ian spent ten years in investment banking (London and New York). He was then CFO of two public companies before joining Whitehead Mann in 1989. He was part of the team which built the company into the largest international search firm in the UK before moving to the firm’s New York office. Ian was CFO of a high technology business from 2002 to 2004, before returning to London to join MWM in 2004.

Rebecca Fitzpatrick

After an early career in publishing, Rebecca spent three years at Egon Zehnder. She then joined Whitehead Mann, initially in the consumer practice before becoming a consultant in the Board practice. She joined MWM in 2007. Rebecca has an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University.

Nick Green

After an early career with Euromoney Plc, Nick joined Whitehead Mann in 1995. He spent five years primarily focusing on retail, consumer and technology sectors. In 2000, Nick joined Spencer Stuart and worked internationally in their board, consumer and telecoms practices. He joined MWM in 2005. Nick has an MA in Social & Political Science from Cambridge University.

Emma-Claire Lillywhite

After an early career in financial executive search, Emma-Claire joined a boutique head hunting firm specialising in commercial placements in 2009. She joined MWM in 2010. Emma-Claire has a BA in English Literature from University College London.

Anna Mann

One of the founders of MWM, and previously a founder of Whitehead Mann. Anna has acted as specialist adviser to many of the world’s leading corporations on board performance, capability and succession.

Richard Phillips

Richard joined MWM in 2004, having previously worked with the Board Practice at Whitehead Mann. Prior to this, he spent three years covering professional and financial services; he came to Whitehead Mann through its acquisition of Baines Gwinner in 2001. Richard has an MA in Modern History from St Andrews University.

Eve Ramsay

After an early career in marketing and campus recruitment in the US, Eve joined Sainty, Hird & Partners in 2006 in their Fixed Income practice. She joined MWM in 2008. Eve has an MSc from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in English from Princeton University.

Michael Reyner

After starting his career in the food industry at RHM and latterly as Marketing Director of Cereal Partners UK, Michael joined McKinsey in London in 1992, where he became a partner in 1998. One of the leaders of McKinsey's European Consumer Practice, he worked with over half of the Top 25 global consumer goods multinationals in over 20 countries. He joined MWM in 2007 and focuses on top level executive and Board searches across sectors as well as on Board consulting work. Michael has a BA in History from Oxford University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Annabel Richards

Annabel started her career in search with Odgers Berndtson in the UK. She then spent two years working in Dubai for Whitehead Mann and then EWK International, focussing on a range of sectors, including real estate, financial services and metals & mining, for both international and regional clients. She joined MWM in 2010. Annabel has an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

Mark Woodhouse

After working for Jardine Matheson in its Insurance division, Mark worked with a firm of strategy consultants, based in the US and Europe. He joined Whitehead Mann in 1990 and over the following 15 years focused on financial services, together with Board/Non-Executive Director work. He joined MWM in 2005. Mark has degrees from London University and Cambridge University.
